About the role

We are searching for a Program Manager to act as the shepherd of continuous improvement for our reseller journeys. The Program Manager will become the architect of our reseller journey, ensuring it provides the tools and resources needed to upskill, grow their income, and achieve success. You will be the owner of the "build, measure, learn, iterate" loop, ensuring that valuable insights are gleaned from each stage and implemented to optimize the overall reseller journey experience.

Responsibilities

- Develop strategic plans for assigned journeys, aligning them with broader company objectives.
- Oversee the execution and implementation of these plans, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing).
- Prioritize journey investments based on data-driven insights and potential impact.
- Champion the "build, measure, learn, iterate" loop, ensuring ongoing optimization of the journey experience.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned journeys.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with journey implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to keep them informed of progress and roadblocks.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, product management, CEO office, strategy, management consulting or a related field..
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment and fostering collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making, including experience designing and analyzing experiments with a customer-centric lens.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Familiarity with journey mapping methodologies a plus.
- Passion for customer success and understanding of their challenges.
