Job Description
Manage day-to-day delivery operations to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate reminder pickups with 3PL providers.
Generate undelivery reports for users.
Analyze discrepancies in shipping fees with 3PL providers.
Monitor claim submissions to 3PL providers.
Oversee claim disbursement to users.
Collaborate closely with the Sales & Customer Service team to resolve user issues.
Support Supervisor with additional assigned duties.
Job Requirements
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major (relevant field preferred).
Strong communication skills are essential.
Basic proficiency in English is required.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
Experience in logistics is considered advantageous.
