Job Description
Build an excellent relationship with company business partners.
Create and implement a systematic approach to identify potential partners.
Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Serve as the link of communication between partners and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by partners and deal with complaints to maintain partner trust.
Forecast, measure, and report the results of partnership and various projects with partners.
Lead and monitor the progress of the project and ensure the project is implemented properly.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's level degree required and with at least 2 years of work experience in partnership, sales, business development, account management, and client support.
Experience in logistics is a plus.
Superb people skills and experience working with multiple teams or on multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to details.
Well-organized and efficient while working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proven experience in growing and managing relationships with business partners.
Strong business acumen and ability to solve problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional fluency in Bahasa and English.
