Job Description:

This role is responsible for delivering the winning brand, developing the new brand from 0 to 1. This individual will also be responsible for identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, building relationships with potential partners and clients, and capturing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive new business development strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and staying up-to-date with the competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and clients to explore and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives.
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess the financial viability of potential new business opportunities and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire business development process, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to new business development activities to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate new business opportunities, progress, and results.


Requirements:

  • Experienced in delivering a winning brand.
  • Must have experience in developing 0 to 1 brand/ product
  • Proven track record of driving new business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to evaluate new business opportunities and assess financial viability.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly respond to changing market conditions
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in new business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
