Rewards & People Services Sr Manager

You will be responsible to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of our rewards & payroll products, which will include multiple benefits, perks, and monthly payroll processes (in-house). This is a full-time manager position, you will be responsible to manage and ensure your entire team performance, including their development and career journey with Evermos.

This position requires you to have solid experience in managing end-to-end in-house payroll processes, exposure to rewards project-related is a plus.

Accountabilities

  • By managing the team: ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of rewards & payroll services.

  • Monitor and champion total rewards framework & implementation, provide advice and professional solutions to defuse any operational challenges.

  • Propose new and/or modify existing people-related benefits/perks.

  • Works closely with leaders in the People team and other departments regarding deductions, rewards and various pay and incentive plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree from Accounting/Tax/any related major.

  • At least 6+ years hands-on experience in payroll, salaries tax and well versed with people management and supervisory management experiences.

  • Have good knowledge of social security (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).

  • Outstanding comprehension of the utilization of Ms Office products especially Excel.

  • Proficient in using payroll e-system & payroll software.

  • Knowledgeable of total compensation/rewards.
