Responsibility:
  • Accountable for strategizing, planning, and budgeting to enhance retention and expand the reseller base. 
  • Develop and implement retention, loyalty, and training initiatives to elevate reseller tiers and reduce churn. 
  • Oversee the effective execution of all retention and loyalty programs. 
  • Assess and track user retention and growth metrics consistently. 
  • Drive ongoing enhancements in user retention strategies, reduce churn rates, and prevent class downgrades. 
Requirements:
  • Have experience in sizeable tech startup and adapting well to a fast-paced environment
  • With more than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends
  • Experience as a consultant in a reputable firm, preferably in the tech sector
