Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop strategic planning and business recommendations for clients
- Support new business development in liaise with the BoD and business unit Head, conducting prospective market research, and sharing new market trends
- Execute ad hoc research
- Managing strategic projects from management
- Lead project management for those strategic particular projects.
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties or vendors as needed.
- Ensure projects stay on time, and proactively check in with the process owner to ensure timeliness.
- Breaks down barriers for issues that may stall project progression.
- Develops project timelines, scopes, objective, and milestones.
- Ensuring all supporting functions are available to support the project, including technical feasibility, and resources (availability and allocation).
- Hold daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings to track project plans and progress.
- Coordinate with related Head of Department
- Ensure the project is meeting standards, timeline, and expectations
Requirements
- +5 years experience equivalent project management experience
- Exp in strategy and planning (e.g management consultant, corporate planning or corporate development division, CEO office)
- Experience in high pace environment (start-up or consultant)
- Experience in leading teams
- Experience in building business plans
- Have Financial modeling skills
- Experience in project management (lead project inter-department) with multiple and high level stakeholders
- Have consulting skills
