Lead sales & account management team (for online merchant & SMB) by providing strategy, assistance on how making sure the team achieve their objective
Key leadership role in design & delivery of sales strategy for achieving team target KPI
Together with business leaders developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth
Managing existing client relationships - understanding their requirements, ensuring their needs are met
Collaborating with diverse teams (e.g. marketing, ops, technology, commercial) on how to solve clients issue & communicating any findings in the market
Negotiating commercial terms with customers & making recommendations to business leaders if there is any feedback from customer/findings in market
Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
What This Role Needs:
At least 7 years of working experience in the related field as head of sales & account management team
Understand the market of online retailers & internal marketers (market place & non-market place/social commerce)
Experienced in managing a huge team size with diverse background
Good track record in sales & account management role leadership in logistic landscape (Fulfillment & Shipping)
Agile and willing to adapt to rapidly changing situations/environments
Strong Problem Solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple complex and matrixed sales engagements whilst always positioning the products at the center of the engagement
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Excellent communication skills - presentation, negotiations, closing deals
Self starter, impact driven and out of the box thinker with the ability to make team motivated
