Head of Sales & Account Management

What You Will Do:

  • Lead sales & account management team (for online merchant & SMB) by providing strategy, assistance on how making sure the team achieve their objective
  • Key leadership role in design & delivery of sales strategy for achieving team target KPI
  • Together with business leaders developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth
  • Managing existing client relationships - understanding their requirements, ensuring their needs are met
  • Collaborating with diverse teams (e.g. marketing, ops, technology, commercial) on how to solve clients issue & communicating any findings in the market
  • Negotiating commercial terms with customers & making recommendations to business leaders if there is any feedback from customer/findings in market
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders


What This Role Needs:

  • At least 7 years of working experience in the related field as head of sales & account management team
  • Understand the market of online retailers & internal marketers (market place & non-market place/social commerce)
  • Experienced in managing a huge team size with diverse background
  • Good track record in sales & account management role leadership in logistic landscape (Fulfillment & Shipping)
  • Agile and willing to adapt to rapidly changing situations/environments
  • Strong Problem Solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple complex and matrixed sales engagements whilst always positioning the products at the center of the engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication skills - presentation, negotiations, closing deals
  • Self starter, impact driven and out of the box thinker with the ability to make team motivated
