Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and job offers, to ensure a streamlined and effective approach.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that include sourcing techniques, external partnerships, innovative hiring tools, and the use of technology to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
  • Regularly provide recruitment metrics and analytics to drive improvements and shape recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to fully understand their hiring needs and effectively tailor recruitment strategies to meet these needs.
  • Work with the employer branding team to develop and enhance a strong employer brand, aligning it with recruitment strategies to attract top talent and create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in fast-paced industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop talent acquisition teams.
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment methodologies and tools, committed to adopting best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software, coupled with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to addressing recruitment challenges.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a deep passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to excellence in recruitment practices.
